The first council and branch leaders of the branch were elected at the conference, and the first council meeting of the branch was held to discuss and approve the Work Regulations of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association, discussing the work content and development direction of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch. The establishment goal of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association is clear, aiming to strengthen communication and connections among young entrepreneurs in the industry, cultivate a new generation of heat treatment enterprise management talents, and ensure that there are successors and talents in China's heat treatment industry.

At the founding ceremony of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association, eight young practitioners in the Guangdong heat treatment industry were elected as members of the first council of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch. They were Chen Haiyang from Shenzhen Dejieli Low Temperature Technology Co., Ltd., Lu Zejian from Guangdong Strong Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Chen Kunzhao from Guangzhou Keju Heat Treatment Co., Ltd., and Deng Xiuyang from  Yangjiang City Yangdong District Zhongren Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. , Fan Xin from Guangzhou Fengdong Heat Refining Co., Ltd., Qiu Peng from Shenzhen Xianlide Heat Treatment Co., Ltd., Sun Yuanquan from Foshan city Nanhai District Yuanfeng Metal Heat Treatment Co., Ltd., and Wan You from Dongguan Haohuo Metal Technology Co., Ltd; Chen Haiyang was elected as the Vice Chairman of the first Council, and Lu Zejian was elected as the Deputy Secretary General.
